Riverland motorists are being urged to be extra cautious on Riverland roads as grape harvest gears up for 2020.
As well as increased traffic with harvesters and tractors travelling at slower speeds the increase in heavy vehicle activity which will also be evident throughout the harvest season.
Motorists are also advised to keep an eye out for grape spills as grapes on roads can make the road surface slippery.
Motorists who see grape spills are advised to call DPTI to report on 1800 018 313 or the Police assistance line on 131 444.
