New figures reveal the median price of Australianfarmlandincreased 10.7% last year, making it the fifth consecutive year of growth.

South Australia recorded a whopping 17% increase, with Queensland at 15.7% and Victoria at 14.1%.

Tasmania was the only state to record a decline, down 5% on the previous year.
