A 38-year-old Monash man will face court after returning a Blood alcohol reading when driving more than five times the legal limit.
A police officer on a motorbike, pulled over the driver on the Sturt highway in Monash for a mobile breath test which returned a positive reading on Wednesday.
A later breath analysis at Berri Police Station returned a reading of 0.254.
In addition to being reported for drink driving, the motorist was instantly disqualified from driving for 12 months and had his vehicle impounded for 28 days.
The man will appear in court at a later date.
