CROSSING LIGHTS STOLEN

RAILWAY CROSSING LIGHTS

In what can only be described as an unusual incident, Riverland Police are investigating the theft of railway crossing lights at Veitch south of Loxton over the weekend.

On Saturday 9 June, three lights were stolen from the signal on the Loxton side of the crossing.

The wires to the lights had been cut indicating to Police it was a deliberate act.
