MAGPIES JUMP TO SECOND ON RFL LADDER

Waikerie have sent a timely reminder to the local football community they're a real contender for season 2022.

Boosted by Mitchell Hahn’s return from SANFL side West Adelaide, and a four goal haul to seasoned Magpie campaigner Craig Miller, Waikerie were too good for Loxton, winning 15.9-99 to the Loxton 2.9-21.

Loxton North came close to jagging their first win of the year, the panthers hit the front in the final quarter, and however the demons responded to then win 7.9-51 to the Panthers 7.7-49.

While at the Lakeside, the travelling Renmark Rovers were a class above the home side Barmera-Monash, Renmark 11.9-75 to Barmera-Monash 1.3-9.
