The founder of the Australian Missing Persons Register hopes a new book will help more people understand the plight of families impacted.
Author Nicole Morris new book ‘Vanished’ was launched to coincide with National Missing Persons week, with her register this week highlighting 2000 missing persons.
One of those being Marilyn Qualmann who was last seen in Moorook aged 14 in 1975.
An up to $1M reward remains for information for that case, with further information available via the register.
The other case with local interest is of missing NSW man Stephen Krech, whose car was located in Berri along with personal documents seven months after he was reported missing in NSW.
