Local rental availability may be easing a little, with data showing houses are taking a little longer to be occupied.
The latest data from PropTrac shows the average time a rental property on realestate.com was 21 days for march in the Riverland,Murraylands & SouthEast region – this is up from 15 days in march last year.
Currently there’s just over 30 rentals for the whole Riverland & Mallee region online.
