The latest rental pain index from Suburbtrends reveals there’s not much splitting the major Riverland towns.
Taking into account household income and availability, Renmark had the highest local rental pain index of 87, with Loxton just behind at 85.
Berri & Barmera were not far behind at 83, while Waikerie’s relative affordability revealed a rental pain index of 48, having the highest local vacancy rate of 1.52%.
