Some local preschools have been selected to take part in a new Kindy Care trial program.
Under the trial backed by both the State and Federal government, some government preschools will be able to operate over longer hours – similar to that of non-government preschools.
The Kindy Care trial locally is set to be rolled out at Renmark North Preschool, Loxton Preschool & Glossop Community Preschool, with it expected to operating by July.

State Premier, Peter Malinauskas said “We want to provide those working parents with options, making it easier for them to manage busy lives, while ensuring their children have the best start to a high quality education”.
