The iconic Banrock Station Vineyard could be hitting the market.
Should the sale go ahead, Owners, Accolade Wines will look to lease back the wine centre and cellar door from the new owner, in a move that is becoming increasingly common in the wine industry.
The wine giant also hopes to retain the brand and also continue to look after the historic wetlands.

The 235 hectare vineyard in Kingston On Murray has a number of wine grape varieties, with expressions of interest closing next Friday, May 5th.
