A recent parking education campaign in Berri is said to be paying off.
Berri Barmera Council say they’re thrilled to see more drivers parking in untimed parking areas during the day, such as the Berri Senior Citizens Club carpark.
Council say they know the struggle many small businesses are facing and want to ensure the parks in front of these businesses have regular turnover to give locals and visitors the opportunity to shop local.

The parking education campaign was prompted following reports of drivers overstaying timed parks, as well as parking on footpaths and nature strips.
