A 19-year-old P Plate Riverland driver might be walking for a while, after caught speeding at a reckless 188KP/H in a 110 zone on the Sturt Highway.
The Paringa man was stopped in Barmera on Tuesday, and was issued a six-month immediate loss of licence notice and his car was impounded for 28 days.
He’ll now also have to face court, with Police reminding the community that Speeding is one of the ‘fatal five’ factors in crashes on South Australian roads.
