Berri Barmera Council’s Manager of Growth and Activation, Craig Grocke, told members that the group provided an opportunity to “look at a space that has an important function in the future”.

“It’s a space for books and all traditional library offerings, but also a space for other community and civic functions,” Mr Grocke said.
