More properties on the market

New data from property research firm Suburbtrends shows local property listings locally has increased.

Outlined via the new “The Property Buyers Index” tool, the Murray Mallee region currently outlines there’s over 340 listings, around 70 more than three months ago.

The index also shows Murray Mallee median house prices have climbed in the past 12 months by 13%.

Suburbtrends founder Kent Lardner said “The index is designed to adapt to fluctuating market conditions, giving users an updated view of the property landscape.”
