Fruit fly outbreaks continue to cause widespread concern in the local fruit industry.
PIRSA say they’ve made another detection this week, this time in New Residence.
The latest find came in the way of maggots in home grown pears.

Community fruit fly meetings take place today in the Riverland, being held at the Renmark Hotel this afternoon, then in Waikerie tonight.
There’s also a meeting in Swan Reach Tomorrow.
