An increase of thefts from motor vehicles has prompted a fresh warning from Murray Mallee Police.
SA Police are reminding locals they can take some steps to prevent thefts from vehicles.

– Locking vehicle doors and close windows
– Installing and activating alarms or immobilisers
– Removing all valuables from your vehicles
– Parking off the road and if possible in a locked garage
– Whilst at home keeping keys in a safe location
– Not leaving leave spare keys in your vehicle
Locals with information regarding suspicious activity or behaviour are also encouraged to call police assistance on 131 444.
