Red Cross lifeblood are looking for more local blood donors.
They’ll be set up in Renmark over the 14th and 15th of December, with the blood service looking for a further 65 donors with A & O Blood types.
Lifeblood spokesperson Zoe Ross said “With one in three Aussies needing blood or blood products in their lifetime, our message this Christmas is to give a gift you know is at the top of someone’s wish list.”

As an extra memento those who donate until the 31st of December will receive a limited-edition “Australiana” Christmas-inspired bandage designed by Melbourne-based artist Madeleine Stamer.
