A standalone community library in Berri is a step closer, with in-principal support given to new site on Riverview drive.
A shared arrangement with the local secondary school comes to an end next year, which has promoted the move.
Consultation is now open on that matter, with more widespread consultation of council owned sites also to take place.

This is expected to include councils former head office on Wilson Street – which currently sits unused.
