A community effort has seen Kingston-On-Murray keep postal services within the township.
For many years mail services were part of the general store, however with that closing the community were left with little time to find a solution.
Operators of the local caravan park have now undertaken the task, which if not absorbed would have been relocated to Loxton, near on 40KM away.
