The pending sale of former Glossop High School site could see interest from many groups, according those enlisted to sell the 17ha property.
Speaking to The Advertiser, Real Estate agent Jack Dyson outlined the former school presented an opportunity to own and operate the education facilities, or developer to suit horticulture, residential or commercial uses.
The School closed at the end of 2021 when the then two campuses combined to create the Berri Regional Secondary College.
