A man from Barmera has died, following a crash in Loxton over the long weekend.
Around 4.15am Saturday, Police and Emergency services were called to the Karoonda Highway, following reports a car had hit a stone wall.
The driver and sole occupant, a 23-year-old man from Barmera, was critically injured and sadly died in hospital a short time later.

Major Crash Investigators attended the scene, with investigators calling for anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has information to contact Crime Stoppers.
The man’s death was the 17th life lost on SA roads this year.
