A man from the Northern Territory is now without a license for a year, after he was caught on Drink Driving in Loxton.
On Saturday, Police stopped the 30 year old man on Tobruk Terrace, with the driver returning a positive breath test reading of 0.178.
The man’s vehicle was also impounded, as well the Driver will be summoned to attend court at a later date.
Meanwhile on Friday, a Renmark driver was caught speeding and over the blood alcohol limit.
Initially Police detected the car travelling at 97KP/H in a 60 Zone on Renmark Avenue, when stopped by Police the driver then allegedly returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.161.
The 27-year-old Renmark man who was driving has been issued a 12-month loss of licence and will be summoned to attend court at a later date.
