A man caught drink driving in Renmark North will now face court, after he allegedly returned a reading more than seven times the legal limit.
Earlier this month Police and Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Eight Street and Begara Street, following reports a car had crashed into a vineyard.
A short time later Police located the driver at a nearby Renmark North address.
Police allege the 33-year-old man from the Riverland returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.355.
He’s been reported for aggravated driving without due care, drink driving and on top of the pending court date was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence notice.
