A number of disused sport and recreational facilities could be doomed for the bulldozer.
A recent Loxton-Waikerie council meeting earmarked a number of unused sites, including the old Waikerie Tennis Club Clubrooms.
Unused buildings at the Waikerie Horse and Pony club were also on the list – along with the clubrooms at the former Paruna Golf Club – not used in over a decade.

Public consultation is set to be carried out on the matter, and wouldn’t take place until the 2024/25 financial year.
