Overnight rainfall and cold conditions has seen the Bureau issue a sheep graziers advice for the Riverland.
The warning was issued just prior to 5am (10/9) with the bureau forecasting southwesterly winds today as high as 35km/h. These conditions increase the risk of lamb & sheep losses if animals are exposed to the conditions.
As of 9am Today, Loxton had recoded 18mm of Rainfall making it the most rain in a 24hr period in nearly one year.
Showers are forecast to be less likely by the afternoon, with temperatures only expected to reach 15 degrees.
