The RSL A TIME TO CELEBRATE ANZAC DAY EXHIBITION

A statewide South Australian Oral History Program and Photographic Exhibition interviewing and documenting the lives and stories of veterans, their partners and war widows to preserve and celebrate their sacrifices and contributions whilst protecting and serving their country.
This program is in partnership with The Waikerie RSL Sub Branch and Christian Teusner from The EMU Tree, Education and Music in Unison.
This program is in its 3rd year of documentation of oral histories which was previously in partnership with The Tanunda RSL Subbranch. These podcasts can be downloaded and explored at: https://thewaywewere.podbean.com.
This documentation is published online to help create global awareness of their individual sacrifices, heritage, history and to further educate future generations.
The photographic exhibition showcases these amazing citizens and their stories with images submitted by participants relating to their personal experiences.
The Waikerie RSL Military Museum will be open also during the exhibition.
