Considering Residential Age Care

This session provides information about the process of considering and preparing for residential care. It includes strategies to help family carers to decide when residential care may be needed, information on the process for application, and understanding of the emotional changes of the change. 

This is suitable for families and carers of people living with Dementia, not paid health care workers.
