Waikerie remain undefeated in Riverland football following their win over Loxton, Saturday.
The visiting Waikerie side showed their dominance early, going into half time 47 points clear of the 2nd place Loxton side.
Despite Loxton losing a number of key players through injury, the Tigers responded in the 2nd half to narrow the final margin to 16 points.
Waikerie 10.9-69 to Loxton 8.5-53.
At Berri it was another win that slipped away for the Demons in what has been a season of frustrations.
Loxton North were able to take the lead in the second half to hold a four point margin at the final siren.
10.10-70 to 9.12-66.
While at Renmark in the grand final replay it was the Barmera Monash roos who claimed an important 23 point win – seeing them now equal second with Loxton & Loxton North.
Renmark and Berri sit outside the top four after the first 5 rounds.
