South Australia’s almond industry continues to grow, with the Riverland being a major contributor.
New data from Hort Innovation shows South Australia produces 30% of the Australian Almond crop, with SA’s exports passing 55,000 tonnes last year.
China remains the largest export market, with forecasts pre-harvest this years crop could set a new record.
