A new roundabout will soon be built at a key Loxton intersection following strong community backing.
Public consultation revealed More than 60% of residents supported plans for a single‑lane roundabout at the junction of Kokoda Terrace, Robertson Avenue, Starcevich Road and Aleppo Street.
This intersection sees traffic heading to residential areas, industrial areas as well as those travelling to the Mallee.

The recent consultation was prompted as construction of the new Woodleigh Childcare Centre ramped up, with increased traffic expected in the area very soon.
Just under $800,000 of state government funding has been committed, work is set to start within the next few months
