After an over two year rebuild project, Renmark’s new 21st bridge will open for traffic later this week
The bridge that crosses the bookmark creek was significantly damaged during the 2022/23 River Murray flood, with the new bridge built to withstand much higher flow events.
Friday from 9am Renmark-Paringa Council Mayor, Peter Hunter will officially open the new asset, with the Mayor saying the opening is a major flood recovery milestone.
