| Time to say Good-BYE |
|
It’s the end of an era at Riverland Radio. After starting his radio career in 1989, David Byewill be stepping down today from his role as Regional General Manager of Fairfax Media. David suffered a significant health scare earlier this year and says leaving his much beloved place of employment was a decision that he did not make lightly. He believes radio gets into your blood, and you can never really leave it for good, but thinks it’s time to slow down for a while. 5RM General Manager Cheryl Lardner says David has been instrumental in many great community engagements for the Riverland through his work and to say David will be missed is a huge understatement. |
