The Riverland Division of General Practice is encouraging locals to immunise and win.

Riverland kids who get their 12 and 18 month shots will not only have the best defense against disease, but will also have the chance to win a brand new bike, thanks to the RDGP in partnership with Riverland Medical Clinics and the Renmark Paringa Council.

Berri Medical Clinic GP…Dr John Penna says that the immunisation rates for 12-18 month olds have significantly dropped, leaving Riverland children exposed to a threat of a preventable disease.

He believes immunisation plays an important role in protecting the health of individuals and the entire community.
